Standard Medicare(Parts A & B) typically does not cover ongoing non-medical custodial care. However, we do accept Long-Term Care Insurance and private pay.

Yes. For your family’s peace of mind, all our caregivers are bonded and insured. They are also covered by worker’s compensation in the event of an on-site injury.

Absolutely. every team member must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening before they are invited to join our team.

Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship. While we strive for consistency, we may assign multiple caregivers if you loved one requires around-the-clock care or if a regular caregiver is unavailable.

Yes. We have a minimum of four hours of service to ensure consistent care.

No. All billing is handled through our office. We manage all payroll, taxes, and insurance so that you don’t have to worry about the administrative burden of being an an employer.
